Susan Stowell

We welcomed Susan to our team in 2019 and she has been a star from the day she arrived. Susan was born in Rotorua but spent most of her life in Wellington, working in the insurance industry and then for many years working for the public trust. Her work experience has given her invaluable people skills which she uses daily with her role here at Financial Independence.

Susan was an avid Netball player, but as she explains, once the knees decide to give up you have to turn to supporting netball from the couch.

We have noticed that her knees will still let her bust a move on the dance floor though if there is a function to have or a good concert in town.
