Kyla Collins

Meet Kyla, a Tauranga gem with a heart rooted in Whangamata. She moved to Tauranga at 16 and has been embracing both city and farm life ever since.

Kyla's travel escapades include living in Australia multiple times, annual visits for the last 15-plus years, and ventures to Bali and Raro. Balancing travel with a bustling family life is her reality, especially with four kids, including twin girls aged 6.5 and two stepdaughters aged 12 and 15.Her life is a whirlwind of sports and family activities. Between running around after her kids and managing their sports endeavors, there's little time for much else.

Kyla's journey in the insurance industry spans two years, with a hiatus to welcome the twins. She also worked part-time in health and safety, handling policies and site inspections. Kyla's career path includes roles with loss adjusting companies like Advance Consulting and Cunningham Lindsey, where she tackled claims arising from the Christchurch earthquake.

For Kyla, insurance is more than a job; it's a dynamic balancing act of family, work, and a passion for travel.
