Born in Hawkes Bay, Courtney moved to Tauranga in 2000 and has called Papamoa home ever since. She loves the beachside lifestyle, with walking trails and everything she needs right on her doorstep.

As a busy mum to two energetic boys, Courtney still finds time to prioritise her passions, including running, Pilates, and her love of food and health. Whether she's experimenting with nutritious recipes or enjoying time with family and friends, she’s all about balance and well-being.

With a background in hospitality, Courtney has spent years working and managing cafés and restaurants, honing her people skills and her ability to multitask under pressure.
