Vicky Ogle

Vicky is Te Puke born and bred and joined the team this year, bringing with her a wealth of industry experience and a strong reputation for client care. Prior to joining the team she has worked alongside Group Health Life and Ben Shirley since 2009, building extensive knowledge across the insurance space.

Prior to that, Vicky spent four years in general and total loss claims assessing, giving her valuable insight into the claims process from the ground up, along with earlier experience in reception roles.

Vicky is particularly well regarded for the way she supports our group clients at claim time. She has consistently received positive feedback from group members for her empathy, clear communication, and commitment to achieving the best outcomes during what can often be a stressful time.

Outside of work, Vicky enjoys spending her weekends with her husband and their two boys, making the most of family time and keeping up with busy household life.
