You will notice a new logo with the colourful Financial Independence Star and new look documentation coming through.
The reason for this is the team at ICIB Brokerweb and Financial Independence have joined forces to become ICIB Financial Independence Ltd.
The change brings together the best of both businesses. Run by 8 employee shareholders locally based in the Bay of Plenty and also with national scale through the ICIB brokerweb team around the country. The locally based Bay of Plenty team of just under 50 staff offer solutions to all insurance issues from life and health insurance to liability, assets, vehicles, house and contents.
Our major focus is to achieve the best possible client outcomes. We have always had a client and community focus and want to offer the best advice and service we can for you. We are well resourced to provide more expertise, time and value and look forward to continuing to work with you and to provide great advice and service.
You will notice a new bank account on the invoicing you receive as we migrate from some of our older systems to a new one. All premium payments for renewals will go through to an independently audited Trust Account keeping your premiums safe and secure.
We have a strong community focus and over the years have raised tens of thousands of dollars for Make a Wish foundation, Cambodia Charitable Trust, Otumoetai, and Tauranga Intermediate, Tauranga Boys College, local youth sports teams, Breast Cancer support service Tauranga Trust, and supporting our own National Triathlon representative Olivia Cummings.
