Alana has spent many years in the insurance industry, and has also owned her own businesses in a variety of industries. Among those business experiences she has seen high times and also low times, where budgeting and understanding cash flow was paramount. She brings this practical experience to her advising, and is happy to help whether times are flush or tight.

 

One of her main focuses is consistent client care, making sure that all Financial Independence clients feel as important five years after they take out their insurance as they did in that first year. Because of this focus, she manages the client care programme at Financial Independence.

 

Alana has implemented new claims care packages for our clients, which support those claiming for serious health problems.

 

She recognises the Financial Independence clients as a community of people, and puts as much back into that community as possible.
