The team at Financial Independence have helped hundreds of clients with their claims and our mission is to ensure that the claims process is as stress free as possible. We understand that generally at claim time you are under enough stress and the last thing you need is to be dealing with Insurance companies.

In fact we take the payment of claims so seriously that we have a specialist claims team that is there to help clients achieve a positive outcome for thier claims.

This service is free of charge for existing clients of Financial Independence.

I have seen on TV shows like Fair Go that insurance companies will try everything to get out of paying claims. Is this true?
Interesting question. It is always important to know that bad news sells. One major advantage of using Financial Independence as your insurance adviser is that if we believe that the Insurance Company has got it wrong we will ALWAYS go into bat for our clients.

In almost all cases we have been able to get the decision either reversed or changed to a more positive outcome.

I am not a client of Financial Independence and have a claim that has gone wrong. What can I do?
