WHEN THINGS GO WRONG...

The whole point of having insurance is for when things go wrong.

We recently had a client who was diagnosed with cancer. We were part way through an insurance review when this happened. Unfortunately due to this timing we were not able to put in place the recommended cover.

So we helped her review her existing insurance policy and found that she may have been entitled to a claim. Unfortunately the insurance company she was with declined the claim. So while she was recovering from an operation we went into bat for her and on the day she was discharged from hospital we were delighted to phone her and let her know that the insurance company had reviewed her case and had accepted the claim.

This payment will make a huge difference to her recovery knowing that there was no longer the financial pressure to return to work early.
