Financial Independence started its history in the 1980's as a small life insurance brokerage firm in Tauranga. Over the year's personnel changed and in 1995 the company changed its name to Financial Independence to better reflect the expanding services.
Since then Financial Independence has continued to grow both in size of clients and advisers but also in the scope of services provided. Today Financial Independence is one of the largest financial service providers in the Bay of Plenty with clients across New Zealand and overseas.
