One of the advantages of using us for your insurance needs is that, should a claim arise, we are your advocate. (Remember we work for you NOT the insurance company!)

We have the experience, contacts and ability to help you through the claim process. We aim to make the process as stress free as possible for you and your family.

Our dedicated claims team will manage your claim for you. We will receive your claim notification, assist and advise you regarding the scope of your cover and pass the information to the Insurer for the claim.

We will manage and monitor your claim, keeping you informed regularly until the claim is closed.

Claim Story
Jenny* called us to review their insurances. After a full review of their situation, needs and goals our adviser presented Jenny and her husband with a written report outlining our recommendations.

The recommendations were accepted and the paperwork started. Unfortunately during this process Jenny had discovered a lump in her breast and was not able to proceed with the proposed insurance until she had completed further tests. In short jenny had discovered she had breast cancer.

Jenny had an old insurance policy that she had in place for many years. Unfortunately Jenny's previous insurance adviser had not bothered to contact them to review their situation so jenny found herself woefully underinsured.

Our claims department offered to help Jenny with the claim and requested the claim forms. Unfortunately the insurance company declined the claim. We did not agree with the insurance company decision and took them to task. After many hours researching the old policy wordings and obtaining medical records we managed to get the decision over turned.

It was a great feeling to phone Jenny while she was in hospital to tell her that the claim would be paid and to hear the emotion in her voice. Whilst the cover she had wasn't as comprehensive as we had proposed, it was still enough to help Jenny and her family take away much of the financial stress that a serious illness can cause.
